From design to installation


Our experienced professionals take a full detailed brief from our clients on what they are looking for whilst offering our expert opinions to assist. Utilising the latest CAD software our design team specialise in producing innovative, cost effective and regulation compliant concept drawings, ensuring correct specification.

Our designs cover a whole scope ranging from individual areas of a kitchen such as cooklines, preparation, refrigeration and dishwash runs to full kitchen projects and service runs. We can assist with as much or as little as desired.

Once our designs are fully specified with the appropriate equipment, fabrication and sundries are also recommended to ensure that the kitchen flows operationally. Focusis also put on the efficiency and sustainability of the product and ensuring that the correct product is specified to work for you, the product needs to be correct for the client so getting a greater insight to your operation will allow us to specify this accordingly and correctly.

Our designs and supply can also include bespoke items for that real personal touch. Not every piece of Catering equipment is off the shelf and we will work with you and our host of manufacturers to create bespoke pieces, whether this is servery counters, refrigeration, dishwasher runs – whatever you require- to perfectly fit your operation and footprint of your kitchen.


Following sign off of the drawings and an order from the client, a dedicated qualified Project Manager will be assigned taking full ownership and accountability for the project. This includes being completed on time, within budget, and above all, meeting full satisfaction and expectations of the client. Our chosen installation teams are highly trained and certified to work in all fields and are compliant with current Health & Safety standards. Our install teams have a wealth of experience in working within the catering industry and also construction industry for any new builds or refurbishments. Similarly to the design side of the business, they also operate in a professional and friendly manner to ensure that work is completed in alignment with our expectations and more importantly your expectations as the client.

Our projects range from the supply and installation of individual pieces of equipment to complete kitchen and bar fit out, including gas interlock systems, ventilation and extraction.
We also specialise and are happy to undertake refurbishment works which require building, shop fit, mechanical and electrical service provision. This means that we truly are a one stop shop for any commercial catering needs, minimising the need to look elsewhere and complicating things. Let Prois take care of the full scheme.

Following completion of the installation, the dedicated Project Manager will carry out a full inspection to ensure that there are no issues and complete any snagging pre handover. Every project completed is followed by testing, commissioning, staff training from the manufacturer and maintenance manuals are presented to the client. We will continue our support through our manufacturer base and anything we help with directly. Once the job is complete, that is not the end of our working relationship, that is just the beginning!
