Prois are delighted to have worked with Graeme Cheevers in creating his vision Unalome. Graeme who worked with Martin Wishart at Loch Lomond and the luxury Isle of Eriska Hotel won the industry’s top accolade, a Michelin star, whilst working in both venues.
He is now venturing out with his own restaurant with the objective of gaining a Michelin star, and with his unique concept Prois were able to design and complete the renovation of Unalome.
